Refund policy

Returns accepted within 30 days for new, unused, unopened products in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns are by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
