CopperTheory products are cosmetic products only. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, condition, hair loss condition, skin condition or medical concern.

Many CopperTheory products are designed to fit into daily or regular routines, but usage depends on the specific product and your skin, hair or scalp tolerance. Start slowly when introducing new products, especially if your skin is sensitive.

Every person’s skin and scalp is different. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, scalp sensitivity or product suitability concerns, we recommend patch testing before full use. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek professional advice if needed.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping method, fulfilment processing, courier networks, public holidays, peak periods and customs processing for international orders. Read our full Shipping Policy for more information.

CopperTheory orders may be stored, picked, packed and dispatched by our selected third-party logistics partner, warehouses, couriers and delivery providers. The carrier and tracking details may vary depending on stock location, order size, shipping method and destination.

CopperTheory may offer international shipping to selected countries or regions. International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, handling fees or local delivery requirements depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow time for courier tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Opened skincare, hair care or scalp care products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene and safety reasons unless required by law.

Contact CopperTheory support as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review the details and assist with the next steps.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or sent to our fulfilment partner.
