Shipping Policy

Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order. This page explains order processing, 3PL fulfilment, delivery estimates, tracking, address accuracy, delivery issues and international shipping information for CopperTheory skincare, hair care and scalp care orders.

1. Overview

CopperTheory works to process, fulfil and dispatch customer orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how CopperTheory orders are processed, packed, dispatched and delivered through our selected third-party logistics partners, warehouses, couriers and delivery providers.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, your order will be sent for processing. Processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, promotional events, weekends, public holidays or periods of high order volume.

3. 3PL Fulfilment Partner

CopperTheory orders may be stored, picked, packed and dispatched by our selected third-party logistics partner. The fulfilment location, carrier, tracking number and delivery route may vary depending on stock location, order size, shipping method and destination.

4. Shipping Locations

CopperTheory ships within Australia and may offer international shipping to selected countries or regions. Available shipping options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delivery timeframes may vary due to courier delays, fulfilment processing, customs processing, public holidays, peak periods, weather events, local disruptions or circumstances outside our control.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size, order weight, shipping method and available carrier options. Any free shipping offers may be subject to conditions, exclusions or minimum order values.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, as courier scans may not update immediately after dispatch.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CopperTheory and its fulfilment partners are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details.

9. Authority to Leave

If a parcel is left unattended, delivered to a safe place, building reception, concierge, parcel locker, collection point or local post office, the customer is responsible for collecting and securing the parcel promptly.

10. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, returned to sender, or appears to have a tracking issue, please contact CopperTheory support with your order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment details and assist where possible.

11. Lost Parcels

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, CopperTheory may need to investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner, courier or delivery provider. We may request additional information from you to assist with the investigation.

12. Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to CopperTheory or our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery or non-collection, we may contact you to arrange reshipment or another suitable solution where appropriate. Additional shipping fees may apply.

13. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability, fulfilment location, product size or carrier requirements. If your order is split, you may receive more than one tracking number.

14. Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact CopperTheory support as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or sent to our fulfilment partner.

15. International Shipping

International orders may be shipped through our selected fulfilment, courier and delivery partners. Delivery times, carriers, tracking updates and delivery processes may vary depending on the destination country, local courier network, customs clearance process and local delivery conditions.

16. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, local handling fees or other charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. CopperTheory is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local import rules or payment of import charges.

17. Restricted Delivery Locations

We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions, parcel lockers, PO boxes, military addresses, remote areas or locations affected by courier restrictions. Where shipping is unavailable, this may be shown at checkout or communicated by CopperTheory support.

18. Product Availability & Fulfilment Delays

If an item becomes unavailable, delayed or affected by a fulfilment issue after you place an order, CopperTheory may contact you with an update and provide an available solution. This may include waiting for the item, changing the order, partial fulfilment, cancellation or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Support

CopperTheory orders are fulfilled through our selected 3PL, warehouse and courier partners. If you have an issue with your delivery, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the shipment and assist where possible.
